Steve Minino, 148Dodge office at 501 N. 148th St., Omaha, will help Managing Broker Heather Bullard-Hanika with the day-to-day operations of the office and support for their 101 outstanding sales associates. Steve previously worked in the hotel and resort industry before becoming a third generation REALTOR^® with the Hopkins Home Team. He earned an Associates degree from Iowa Western and a bachelor’s Degree from the University of Nevada-Las Vegas.

The NP Dodge MARTECH15 Summit was held Tuesday, October 20, at Mammel Hall on the UNO Pacific Street Campus. Over 300 NP Dodge sales associates attended the free, educational one-day event. NP Dodge Real Estate is the only local broker to offer a summit of this magnitude. Nine speakers were asked to conduct keynote and breakout sessions about the latest advancements in marketing and technology. All one hour sessions were approved by the NE Real Estate Commission as Broker Approved training hours for the NP Dodge associates.

At the Omaha Area Board of REALTORS 130th Inaugural and Installation Ceremony, Herb Freeman was presented the award for ‘Distinguished Service to the Nebraska REALTORS Association’. The presentation took place at Champions Run, 13800 Eagle Run Dr., Omaha, NE on August 25, 2015.

Mr. Freeman has been very active with the Omaha Area Board of REALTORS® as well as the Nebraska REALTORS® Association where he currently serves on the Board of Directors and the License Law Committee.
