NP Dodge Welcomes New Assistant Sales Managers
NP Dodge Real Estate is pleased to announce the appointment of three new Assistant Sales Managers. Steve Minino has joined our 148Dodge office; Jessica Sawyer our 204Dodge office and Travis Svendgard with the Blair sales office.
Steve Minino, 148Dodge office at 501 N. 148th St., Omaha, will help Managing Broker Heather Bullard-Hanika with the day-to-day operations of the office and support for their 101 outstanding sales associates. Steve previously worked in the hotel and resort industry before becoming a third generation REALTOR® with the Hopkins Home Team. He earned an Associates degree from Iowa Western and a bachelor’s Degree from the University of Nevada-Las Vegas.
Jessica Sawyer, 204Dodge office at 613 N. 204th Ave. Circle, Omaha, will continue to serve new and existing clients for home buying and selling, plus provide added leadership with Managing Broker Nancy Bierman to help oversee day-to-day operations and 125 of the top professional sales associates in Omaha. Jessica has 6+ years of real estate sales experience with a background in financing. She’s the most recent past president of Women’s Council of REALTORS®, she obtained GRI (Graduate REALTOR® Institute) Designation in 2015, and she also received her Mark of Excellence Award given by the Nebraska REALTORS® Association for the past two years. Jessica is a recent past chair of the Young Professionals Network at the Omaha Area Board of REALTORS® and was the recipient of the Renee Lampman Service Award in 2014 and Entrepreneur of the Year for Women’s Council of REALTORS® in 2012. Jessica has recently been elected for two terms to be an Omaha Regional Director for the State Association as well as being selected to participate in a Leadership Evolution Academy for the Nebraska Association of REALTORS®.
Travis Svendgard at our Blair office located at 1449 Washington St., provides ongoing direction and support for their 18 agents under the direction of Managing Broker Don Evans. Travis is a member of Your Home Team, LLC, one of the top listing and selling teams in Washington County. Travis is a lifelong resident of Blair and received his Real Estate Broker’s license in 2004. He is a former board member of the Washington County Historical Association, coached Little League Baseball and will be joining the YMCA Board in March.
