NP Dodge Celebrates 2015: Suzi Modlin Receives Phil Dodge Award
At the annual NP Dodge Awards ceremony held on Monday, February 22, at UNO Baxter Arena, Suzi Modlin was honored with the Phil Dodge Award. Each year one special agent is chosen for this coveted award for his/her commitment to customer service, professional ethics, community involvement, and as Phil Dodge himself once said ”Our highest calling is putting service over self”.
In his announcement speech, Nate Dodge, President of NP Dodge Company, said, “...She has a caring heart and truly cares about the well-being of individuals in our community. Suzi is the founder of our annual NP Dodge Clothing Drive held every October. She spends countless hours planning every detail of this event”.
Suzi Modlin has been a REALTOR® with NP Dodge Real Estate since 1996 and is part of the team at our Sarpy County sales office. She joins past recipients of the Phil Dodge award—Candy Narmi, Mary Egger, Tom Helligso, John Kraemer, Marylou Bell, Mary Rosenthal, Judy Nelson, Teri Dennhardt, Sharon Marvin, Carl Christian Sr. and Jim Marriott.
The NP Dodge Awards Celebration also recognized the hard work and accomplishments of many of their top agents. The event showcases the top teams and individuals for production and closed units, along with many other various office awards.
The closed unit winners were Walt Slobotski for Top Lot Sales; The Good Life Group (Top Super Mega Team Award, 35Dodge Office); Angela May’s Husker Home Finder Team (Top Mega Team Award, 108Dodge Office); The Jeff Rensch Group (Top Power Team, 108Dodge Office); Rasmussen Team (Top Partners, 108Dodge Office) and Jose Correa (Top Individual Award, 35Dodge Office).
The highest production winners included The Good Life Group (Top Super Mega Team Award, 35Dodge Office); Angela May’s Husker Home Finder Team (Top Mega Team Award, 108Dodge Office); The Jeff Rensch Group (Top Power Team, 108Dodge Office); Johnathan O’Gorman (Top Partners, 204Dodge Office) and Deanne Fairfield (Top Individual Award, 108Dodge Office).
