NP Dodge Holds First Listing Rally

NP Dodge held their first Listing Rally, their second large training event since January at UNO’s Thompson Center. Over 100 NP Dodge sales associates attended the workshop featuring Joe Niego. The rally was designed to help sales associates understand the reasons for the current inventory shortage, techniques to increase the associate’s listing inventory, build stronger business relationships, and provide the best results. 

Joe Niego is a world-renowned, top-producing agent and author with over 20 years experience in the real estate industry. He was a former NBA player for the Houston Rockets and works closely on projects with Brian Buffini and Buffini & Company. This was his second speaking engagement in Nebraska for NP Dodge Real Estate.

Nate Dodge, President of NP Dodge, said, “We’re excited to have Joe back in Omaha. Listing Rally 2015 is about continuing to provide our sales associates with the tools and techniques they need to best do their jobs.”

The rally also included a panel of six sales associates who offered a few tips about their listing successes. The panel answered questions from the audience as well. The NP Dodge sales associate panel included Kristen Wehner Jacobsen (129Dodge), Linda McGuire (129Dodge), Linda Lichter (Lakeside), Johnathan O’Gorman (204Dodge), Andrea Cavanaugh (204Dodge) and Dave Anderson (129Dodge).

Joe Niego ended the rally by saying “One of the best lessons you can learn…walk a mile in your seller’s shoes!”
