Sharon Rich Named REALTOR of the Year

Each year, the Omaha Area Board of REALTORS (OABR) bestows the title of REALTOR of the Year to one deserving individual. NP Dodge Real Estate is pleased to announce that Sharon Rich, a sales associate from their West Dodge sales office, recently received the honor at the annual OABR Inaugural Luncheon held on September 5. Criteria for REALTOR of the Year award includes service to the real estate industry and involvement in the community.

Also at the event, Mark Wehner was sworn in as Secretary/Treasurer of the association for 2013, and Herb Freeman as a new Director of the OABR and Great Plains REALTORS MLS. Mark is Senior Vice President of Agent Development for NP Dodge Real Estate and Herb is Chief Operating Officer and Director of Builder Services.
